We compare what's available

We check carriers, networks, formularies, premiums, and out-of-pocket caps in your ZIP — with your doctors and prescriptions in mind.

You decide — or don't

Zero pressure. If nothing fits, we'll tell you straight. If it does, we can enroll you on the spot.

Common questions

What people ask before they call.

If you're wondering, you're not the only one.

Is there a cost to talk with you?
No. Consultations are free with no obligation to enroll. Licensed Medicare agents are paid by the insurance carrier when a plan is selected — not by you, and not from your Medicare benefits.
When can I enroll or switch my plan?
If you're new to Medicare, you have a 7-month Initial Enrollment Period around your 65th birthday. Anyone on Medicare can change Medicare Advantage or Part D plans during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7). If you're already on a Medicare Advantage plan, you get one more chance to switch during the MA Open Enrollment Period (Jan 1–Mar 31). Special Enrollment Periods are available year-round if you move, lose coverage, or qualify for Extra Help.
Will I lose my Original Medicare if I switch to Medicare Advantage?
No. You keep Medicare Parts A and B. A Medicare Advantage plan is offered through a private carrier and provides your Part A and B benefits (and usually Part D) through that plan. You can switch back to Original Medicare during the right enrollment window.
Can I keep my doctor and current prescriptions?
Often, yes. Before you commit to anything, we check your doctors against the plan's network and your prescriptions against the plan's formulary — so there are no surprises after enrollment.
What about dental, vision, hearing, and OTC benefits?
Most Medicare Advantage plans include some combination of dental, vision, hearing, OTC allowance, fitness benefits like SilverSneakers, and transportation. Specifics vary by carrier and ZIP — we'll show you exactly what each plan covers in your area.
Are you connected to the government or Medicare?
No. Smooth Health Solutions is a private marketing brand for Zuriel Kinlock, a licensed insurance agent. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any state Medicaid program.
