By accessing or using smoothhealthsolutions.com and its subdomains, our booking and consultation pages, our chat widget, or by communicating with our office by phone, SMS, or email, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or contact us.

This site is operated as a marketing tool for Zuriel Kinlock, a licensed insurance agent doing business as Smooth Health Solutions. Zuriel Kinlock is individually licensed and appointed where required and is currently licensed to do business in 23 U.S. states.

The site provides general information about Medicare, ACA (marketplace), short-term medical, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage options, and is designed to help you connect with a licensed agent for personalized guidance with the carriers we represent.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this website or request a consultation. Smooth Health Solutions and Zuriel Kinlock are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, HealthCare.gov, any state-based marketplace, or any other government agency.

This is a private licensed agent's marketing site. We are compensated by insurance carriers when clients enroll in plans we are appointed for.

12 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Smooth Health Solutions, Zuriel Kinlock, or our service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of coverage, loss of savings, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) this site, reliance on any content, or any communication with our office, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
