01 Who we are
Smooth Health Solutions is a marketing brand used by Zuriel Kinlock, a licensed insurance agent. We help individuals and families compare and enroll in Medicare, ACA (marketplace), short-term medical, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage with the carriers we represent.
Zuriel Kinlock is individually licensed and appointed where required and is currently licensed to do business in 23 U.S. states. Our office is located at 4781 S Citation Dr, Delray Beach, FL 33445.
This policy applies to smoothhealthsolutions.com and its subdomains, our connected landing pages and booking/consultation pages, and any phone, SMS, email, or in-person conversations with our office.
02 Information we collect
We only ask for the information we need to help you understand the coverage options that may be available to you.
You give us directly
- Contact details: first and last name, phone number, email, and zip code.
- Eligibility basics: date of birth, household size, household income (for subsidy estimates), and tobacco-use status.
- Coverage context: current insurance, Medicare or Medicaid status, qualifying life events, doctors and prescriptions you'd like covered, and similar information you choose to share during a consultation.
- Application data: if you ask us to help you apply, additional information required by the carrier or marketplace (such as Social Security number) — collected on the carrier's secure portal, not stored on this website.
Collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies & pixels: identifiers from analytics and advertising platforms (see Cookies & tracking).
- Call & message metadata: if you call or text us, your phone carrier may share standard call and text metadata; we may also keep notes of what we discussed.
03 How we use it
- Identify the health-coverage options that may be available in your area and household.
- Contact you to schedule, prepare for, or follow up on a consultation — by phone, SMS, or email.
- Help you complete an application with the carrier(s) you choose.
- Comply with our licensing, appointment, suitability, and recordkeeping obligations under state and federal insurance law.
- Measure how our website and ads are performing, and improve them.
- Prevent fraud and protect the integrity of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
04 Phone, SMS & email consent
When you submit a form on this website or any of our funnels and provide your phone number, you give Smooth Health Solutions and Zuriel Kinlock prior express written consent to contact you at that number — including by autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message (SMS and MMS) — to discuss health insurance options, schedule appointments, and follow up on your inquiry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don't have to agree to be contacted by automated technology in order to buy any product or service from us.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out, or HELP for help. You can withdraw consent at any time by texting STOP, replying "unsubscribe" to an email, or by calling or emailing the contacts in Section 13.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in the footer. Transactional messages (e.g. confirming an appointment you scheduled, or responding to a question you asked) may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.
07 Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet state and federal insurance recordkeeping requirements (which generally require licensed agents to retain client and application records for several years after a policy ends). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
08 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Your rights & choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete personal information, subject to recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance agents.
- Opt out of marketing emails, text messages, and calls at any time.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell personal information, and we honor GPC signals.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave (such as TCPA consent to contact you).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10 State-specific rights
