One Agent · Not a Call Center

Talk to a licensed agent — one person, start to finish

You've seen the other version: a toll-free number, a script, your details passed down a line of strangers. This is the opposite of that. One licensed agent, one calm conversation about your doctors, prescriptions, and budget — and a straight answer at the end of it, including "you don't need to change anything" when that's the truth.

Required disclosures: Smooth Health Solutions is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 0–78 organizations which offer 0–2,613 products in your area. The exact number of organizations and products depends on your ZIP code, county, and plan year. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1‑800‑MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. This page is educational, not a recommendation of any specific plan.

What the conversation actually covers

1. Your facts first — about twenty minutes

Doctors you'd hate to lose, prescriptions and doses, how you travel, and which hurts more: a fixed bill monthly or a big bill in a bad year. No plan names yet — the facts have to outrank the brochures.

2. Both paths, honestly

The Advantage-or-Medigap framework run on your answers, including the parts sales calls skip: the underwriting one-way door, January network resets, and the carry-over check on every doctor before anything gets signed.

3. A short list, or a clean "stay put"

What's actually filed in your county, narrowed to the few plans your facts point at — or the honest news that what you have is right and no change is needed. Enrollment help when you want it, silence when you don't. Either way you keep the same person: my direct line, not a queue.

How I'm paid — the whole answer

Carriers pay set commissions when someone enrolls; premiums are the same with or without an agent, so the help costs you nothing. The honest limit of the model: I can only enroll you in plans I'm contracted for — which is exactly what the required disclosure above is about, and why how agents get paid is a page on this site rather than a secret. Prefer counseling with nothing for sale at all? Your state's SHIP program is free and unbiased, and I'll tell you the same to your face.

Where I'm licensed

Based in Delray Beach, Florida — the local page if you're in Palm Beach County — and licensed in 23 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. Not your state? Then I'm not your agent — SHIP or a locally licensed agent is, and that's the answer you'll get here too.

Ask anything. Decide nothing today.

Bring the three lists — doctors, prescriptions, budget — or bring nothing but questions. Twenty minutes, plain English, no pressure at the end.

No cost. No obligation to enroll. We do not offer every plan available in your area.
